WOW! Kris and his team just helped us sell our plaster house - not the easiest to sell in the current market but they nailed it! Three weeks on the market and we were putting up the SOLD sticker and popping the bubbles. Kris and his team kept us informed and had everything perfectly under control during the whole process from start to finish, from offering the right advice re what was required in terms of building inspections, marketing which included the most AMAZING photographs, organising open homes and a smooth auction/negotiation process. The script writer for the listing even visited our house to get a feel for the property herself! No detail was left out… Kris was amazing!
