Despite claims of connection to a specific buyer's group Kogi brought very little to the table. Offers from here "clients" were 30% below market. I can't really judge her communication skills since she preferred to get another agent to talk with me instead. Shortly after the sale went though she decided to quit the RE agency and joined another which is popular with underperforming dishonest sales persons.
