My Parner and I found Kogi So, efficient and market informative and pleasant to deal with nothing was a problem.

I was very impressed with Kogi she took me through the house pointing out the features as we went from room to room. What I really liked was after the initial walk through she left me to go through it again at my leisure where I could have a really good look. Kogi was informative about certain aspects I was concerned about and absolutely no pressure. I got Kogi to take me through it again a few days later and asked her to present the vendor with a pretty low offer which she did. She worked just as hard for me as she did for the vendor which I thought was amazing. Usually agents work for the the vendor and try and get as much as they can. The initial offer was met with a counter offer and after some more negotiating we came to an agreement. I think Kogi was more excited with the outcome than I was and I was pretty excited myself. As I am not computer literate Kogi was a great help in that area as everything was done via my phone even signing the agreement, I can't thank her enough for her help. Kogi took all the stress out of buying the property and the whole process went so smoothly it was wonderful. I would definitely use Kogi again and can't give her a high enough recommendation for anyone considering going through her for either the buy or the sell. Despite claims of connection to a specific buyer's group Kogi brought very little to the table. Offers from here "clients" were 30% below market. I can't really judge her communication skills since she preferred to get another agent to talk with me instead. Shortly after the sale went though she decided to quit the RE agency and joined another which is popular with underperforming dishonest sales persons.
