Lots of detail to work through to a successful auction with 1960 s house. King is patient and persistent and encouraging.Professional in every way. She kept me informed at every turn explaining her resposibilities and mine. I found it difficult journey personally. King kept the momentum going. She is a delight and positive when the going gets tough. Her hard work paid off as she worked with the interested parties and went out of her way on the day before the auction to prepare 2 extra parties to be ready on auction day. She has shown integrity throughout with all involved in the process. I am fortunate to have Kimg as my agent.

King is also has a good auction bidding skill, we won't be able to get such good deal if it wasn't her. King also provide a well after purchase service, contact lawyer actively and follow up all incoming events, also providing a good suggestion on selection of insurance companies
