I liked Kim the moment I met her. Straight talking, warm personality, confident but not arrogant. Kim looked after us from the first meeting right up until the end. Nothing was ever a problem to Kim - she injected positivity when I was lacking in it. She went above and beyond in my opinion. So easy to deal with.
