Wow wow wow wow wow!!!!! There simply aren't enough words to even slightly describe how awesome Kim is! We were actually looking at another property that Kim had listed in Whangarei. But when we called her to ask if the property was still available, she told us that it had just sold a few days before. She asked us what we are looking for... We gave her a quick list of what we want, to which she replied that she had the perfect property for us. She arranged for us to go view the property. As we walked into the house, it took our breath away and had me in tears. EVERY little detail on the list I mentioned to Kim over the phone was ticked off. Long story short.... Kim really listens to her clients needs and wants. She is the most caring and empathetic person as well. The whole process of selling and buying was very stressful and she kept checking up on how we are coping with everything. There were times we nearly gave up on our dream. But she kept telling us to stay positive. She is honestly one in a million!!!! We are so incredibly grateful for everything she has done for us. We are first time home sellers in NZ and we knew absolutely nothing. But she was very patient with us and always ready to explain and answer angy questions we had. We recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a property and to anyone wanting to sell. You WILL be safe in her hands. We lhave grown to love Kim very much and we now consider her a family friend.
