Kelly was selected by her Manager to help me with the process of selling my property in August this year. Most of our communications were through emails, phone calls and online due to Level 4 and L3 restrictions. However, trust was developed earlier on in the process as she always does what she says she will do, responds to my queries promptly and follows us with phone calls.
