When buying a property I would always have Kelly as my agent. She is great communicator and genuinely listens to your needs and what you are looking for. She is completely trustworthy and follows up quickly on any requests required. Nothing is a problem. Kelly simply goes above and beyond the expectations you might have of an agent. Kelly was super helpful when it came to negotiating the price with lawyer and her availability was very impressive. When negotiating she worked late and worked with the vendors agent well, we were stoked to hear that our offer was accepted with a slight counter. She was really relaxed in the whole process even when time/extensions was needed. We did feel stretched with time and needed to get an extension which was stressful. We are very happy with our new home and can't wait to move in.
