Kellie guided us through and made these problems not our problems. The journey was lengthy, and the experience at times stressful. Kellie has some kind of majic that takes the stress away and refocused us back to positive thinking. Her buzz words constantly said that has stuck with us is 'I'm here for you guys' Words are sometimes easy to roll off the tongue - with Kellie - we know these words are genuine and believe the resulting actions of these words are what made our working relationship and now a friendship our success story.

I was extremely impressed with Kellie throughout the time my house was on the market. Her knowledge of the market in Rotorua was exemplary. Kellie was always available to give advice and at times I wondered if she ever took a day off.
