Kees worked in well with the tenants and got the place well presented for the photos and marketing. The whole selling process was very smooth and Kees explained all the in and outs of the whole process clearly before we began.

He went above and beyond, helping organise everything that needed doing around the house, including getting the lawns and gardens looking their best, sorting out paintwork and other small jobs that made a big difference to the overall presentation of the property. He also helped organise the staging of the house, which took another big job off my hands. His communication throughout the whole process was great, and everything felt well organised and ran really smoothly. Thanks to his advice, attention to detail and hard work, we were able to get the house looking great, onto the market and sold very quickly. On top of all that, Kees was always kind, approachable and easy to deal with. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and I always felt like he genuinely wanted to make the process as easy as possible for me.
