In my case, I think the negociation is quite complicated, one of reasons is vendors reside overseas a long time after they left NZ. That is a real challenge for agent to communicate what's going on and what will be like in NZ between us. Also, the size of contracts is in a large scale to both vendors and purchaser, intially there were a huge gap between expecations of each other but with KC's efforts and most importantly thanks to his expertise, everyone finds interests and benefits in common to realise a win-win situation. In addition, the negociation was executed smoothly although reaching agreement was really tough which reflects his experience and techniques are well established.
