Very pro active from our first Open Home visit. Because Katrina could tell we were very interested in the home, she went out of her way in ensuring we had all the information regarding the Auction system & the process to be able to have a decent go at purchasing the home. She was very pro active with the Vendors in enforcing a settlement at the Auction following the home not reaching the wanted price. After several negotiations we came to an agreement that both parties were happy with. All to Katrina's great work.
