Kath is lovely to deal with and was great at negotiating the sale when an offer came through. We appreciate the professionalism with which the negotiations and finalising of the sale was completed, and don't hesitate to recommend Kath to others looking for an agent to assist them when selling or buying a property.
Kath was great to deal with during the negotiation process and the supply of information when requested. We found Kath helpful and made the whole process stress free.
Kath is lovely to deal with and made selling our house a happy experience.
Kath was a pleasure to deal with. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs. We were coming from out of town and nothing was a bother for her. She knew the market well and gave us lots of options. We would highly recommend Kath.
Kath responded very quickly and took time to ensure I knew all the ins and outs about where the market is today and what to expect from her as my agent. I would definitely recommend Kath to any potential vendors.
Kath, has a real handle on the Mangakino market and is a delight to deal with. She is a realist. and will work very hard for u to get you result. The market was difficult but she shone through.
We have used Kath several times now for purchasing property within our family. She is an excellent agent, one of the best we have ever dealt with. She is very knowledgeable, easy to contact and willing to go the extra mile to find the best for you or to sell your property. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
Our property was part of the deceased estate of a family member but we live in Australia making oversight difficult and reliant on locally based professionals. The property was on the market for close to 2 years. Kath was the second agent our property was leased with and immediately assessed the property and provided really good advice that I followed. Everything was carried out quickly by Kath - there were never any delays. The property was sold within a few months of Kath taking it on. I am really happy to recommend Kath. Thank Kath and all the best.
Thanks Kath for excellent help in assisting me with my purchase. Your professional attitude & casualness made it a pleasure working with you. Thank you regards Peter
We had a most enjoyable buying experience. Kath’s communication and professionalism was fantastic.
In a current difficult market to sell, we are stoked to finally get a sale. Kath was always easy to get hold of and listened to what we wanted. We recommend to anyone wanting to sell in the area.
