Choosing Kath as an agent due to her experience and extensive presence in the Mangakino area was an easy choice. She maintained a high level of professionalism, contact and continued to market the house after several months in a slow market. I am very grateful for all the extra work she did without hesitation.
Kath was helpful cheerful and obliging too
We had some very specific challenges when the property was rented and we are not located locally. Kath had step in and help us with some stuff which was well beyond what was expected. I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism through a difficult time. She gave us regular updates on the market which allowed us to make decisions during the 4 years she has looked after it as both our property manager and agent.
Kath is a great communicator and has kept us up to date with the sales process talking us through the challenges she has had working to support us in selling our house, and supporting the new owner achieve their dream of purchasing the house.
