Karen was very efficient in getting my late parents house to market. She was professional and ethical dealing with an elderly and frail vendor. She organised stagers, cleaners, gardeners and a repair person at short notice. She organised the open homes and had heaps of potential purchasers lined up. When the auction was temporarily delayed through the untimely death of the vendor, Karen worked with the executor to get the sale going as soon as possible, while she also kept the potential purchasers warm and informed. She used the experience of the auctioneer to help set a strategy to get the best price. She had a full room at the auction, and got us a good price in a falling market.
