Karen was very efficient in getting my late parents house to market. She was professional and ethical dealing with an elderly and frail vendor. She organised stagers, cleaners, gardeners and a repair person at short notice. She organised the open homes and had heaps of potential purchasers lined up. When the auction was temporarily delayed through the untimely death of the vendor, Karen worked with the executor to get the sale going as soon as possible, while she also kept the potential purchasers warm and informed. She used the experience of the auctioneer to help set a strategy to get the best price. She had a full room at the auction, and got us a good price in a falling market. Barry and Karen were always friendly and worked with us advising the things we could do to help to make a sale. Their suggestions for a bit of work in one of the bathrooms, to flower pots at the front door helped put a positive spin on these things. From the time the property hit the market we were kept up to date, and given the potential buyers opinions, good or bad, so we knew how the property was being accepted. When it came to looking at the offers it was great to have their experience showing us the pros and cons, but they never tried to push us one way or the other. Great service, great knowledge and encouragement to make the decisions we were comfortable with.

Karen and Barry are both exceptional! They go above & beyond! From chauffeuring us around looking at different properties and looking after the property we had for sale once we had left Nz I cannot fault them.
