From the start Kara was approachable and friendly. Kara showed an excellent knowledge of the selling process and answered my questions clearly and succinctly. Follow up after the open homes was immediate and information shared clearly. Contact was maintained throughout with discussions and reassurance as to "where to from here". The very generous negotiation re commission allowed me access to the apartment I had my heart set on. I would absolutely recommend Kara as an agent to anyone.

I purchased a property off Kara in Parakai and we had problems with settlement of another buyer about 4 steps down. It took 6 days to settle and Kara went above and beyond to try and hurry things up. She conversed with my agent and another agent to try and make amends. I cannot rate Kara high enough for the effort and work she puts in! She was way more than just an agent trying to sell a house. She did everything possible to help with an unsettling experience of having a late settlement.

Kara made selling my home an easy experience. She txt and reply straight away to question, always gave me feed back on what happened after open homes and had my best interest at heart.
