I Viewed on Facebook house for sale Kara happened to be the Realestate. I asked her a few questions and Kara answered with positive answers, made me fell this purchase could be possible. The steps Kara took were very professional and the advice I got from Kara was doable. At one stage the Gabriel storm hit and all communication with my lawyer was gone as the area he lived was flooding and no Internet. Told kara, and straight away she up and fixed my issues, Kara. actually communicated with professional people, she assisted my needs. Which abled me to meet my deadlines. Honestly Gabriel storm was such a challenge but Kara continued to assist in a very professional manner. Basically I am very lucky to have Kara on my side. Thanks for you honesty and support and passion on my journey to owning my home Im so grateful.

I purchased a property off Kara in Parakai and we had problems with settlement of another buyer about 4 steps down. It took 6 days to settle and Kara went above and beyond to try and hurry things up. She conversed with my agent and another agent to try and make amends. I cannot rate Kara high enough for the effort and work she puts in! She was way more than just an agent trying to sell a house. She did everything possible to help with an unsettling experience of having a late settlement.

Kara made selling my home an easy experience. She txt and reply straight away to question, always gave me feed back on what happened after open homes and had my best interest at heart. Even after the home had sold and one of the light bulbs wasn't working she rushed off to the shops to replace it. Thank you for everything

Thanks for all your efforts in selling our Shelly Beach place. We were very impressed at the way you worked with all the different people and sorted them out for us to get the right result. It was good that you kept us up to date with what was going on and that we could keep in touch by text and email and phone without any difficulty . Nobody else has looked after us so well in 50 years of buying and selling houses. The (free) dishwasher was a great idea to fill the unsightly under-bench gap, and arranging the cleaner for us was much appreciated, too.
