Flawless, effortless, awesome

1Kara has done a good job of helping me and her vendor, she has gone out of her way to get the sale as it would be a very hard property to sell with banks never keen to lend on bare land or with relocatable dwellings and cash buyers few and far between. She looked after her vendors interests to the end and recommended/pushed brokers to try and get a deal to no avail but i came up with the right one after 3 failures and he made it happen finally with pre-settlement inspection non-existent. Just the one hitch after all her other good efforts for both parties.

Buying a section from Kara was easy and straight forward. We were provided with all the information we needed quickly. The process was effortless and stress free.
