In such a difficult market we had more offers than many houses for sale around us and even with the market conditions being less than ideal, Kara was on a mission to get the best outcome for us and was great at closing deals. At one stage the Gabriel storm hit and all communication with my lawyer was gone as the area he lived was flooding and no Internet.
