We had originally planned to try selling our property privately, as we hadn’t had any good experiences with agents in the past. Kale reached out to us and we had an initial phone conversation. We are in Australia, no longer living in New Zealand, and even from that first conversation I had a really good feeling about him. He was confident he could get the job done, without ever coming across as pushy. We met Kale and Rachel for a coffee when we were next in New Zealand, and that only reinforced our first impression. Kale and Rachel were incredibly responsive and when something needed doing, they were onto it! Communications were great and when something came up - it was dealt with immediately which is incredibly helpful when you're dealing with more than one seller. Kale's advice around getting someone in to help with staging was invaluable, and when we needed something done he went the extra mile and turned things around quick smart which meant we weren't left wondering or stressing.
