Josh was easily the best agent me and my partner dealt with throughout our first home buying experience. Josh was friendly and approachable from the get-go, and was extremely knowledgeable and open about the property we purchased. He has been extremely professional and consistent from the very first viewing, and it's been a pleasure going through the purchase process alongside him. When it came to submitting our offer and going through the Sales & Purchase agreement, as well as through the settlement phase, he has been very available and easy to keep in touch with which allowed us to get through what could have been a traumatizing and stress inducing purchase process if we had purchased another home with a different agent. Josh was awesome! Throughout the whole process, always following up and checking in. I think he knew that deep down I don't always answer calls so he will send text messages and that's been super helpful because I can respond in my free time.
