Josh secured a viable conditional offer for our house within 16 days of it going to market, and throughout the process was helpful, insightful and clearly knew his morket. Post offer I did find communication a little hard though. While 'no updates' might not seem like an update, to a client that is relying on sales and purchases regular contact would be key in my opinion. While I appreciate Josh must be very busy, perhaps this communications can come from one of the team. I would definately recommend Josh if you are selling local to Porirua.
