Josh was very friendly and supportive. We were in the middle of an overseas move with one of us already overseas and some tight deadlines on the second joining overseas. Josh made the sale for to our timeline (the preparation anyway) and everything was stress free. He helped ensure everything was ready while taking a huge load off our shoulders. The sale went amazingly well and was only on the market for a short time so everything went smoothly for us. Very pleased with the outcome.
