Josh offers a bespoke experience, recognising that each property and vendor’s requirements are different. This tailored approach has seen him successfully sell a wide range of property ranging from hundreds of thousands to over $10m. Josh considers it a great privilege and honour to be entrusted with the sale of a client’s home and he enjoys chatting to people about what they are wanting to achieve next on their property journey.
Born and raised in Auckland's Eastern Suburbs and educated at Saint Kentigern College, Josh developed his strong work ethic through competitive sailing at international level. His career prior to real estate saw Josh work in FMCG selling premium New Zealand products. The skills learned transferred incredibly well to property and see Josh highly focused on delivering a great result for each client.
Josh has a young family, is involved in his local community, enjoys fishing, wing foiling and surfing. When he is not on the water or selling homes, he enjoys renovating and improving his own home.
