Empathetic Sale

Jo fully understood our situation and our love for the house that we sold. While at the same time she was patient and insightful in guiding us through the sale process. Jo and her team had clear understanding ofthe client that would be interested in our home and lifestyle. She used that knowledge excellently in promoting and marketing the house, using the various sales and marketing channels available to the Bayleys team. What made this experience satisfying was that Jo always wanted to be fair to both the vendor and the seller, the experience felt very right, as we believe it achieved a good outcome for both parties. We had complete faith and trust that Jo would/and did manage the sale of our house successfully and with integrity.
