From the very beginning, she was so kind, professional, encouraging and supportive, and she made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel surprisingly easy. Jo took care of absolutely everything and was always available, kept us informed and, when things felt a little overwhelming, was incredibly reassuring and positive. What I loved most was that she gave our two-bedroom unit just as much care, attention and enthusiasm as she does her multi million-dollar family homes. We never once felt like our property was too small or that we weren’t an important client. I would not hesitate to recommend Jo to anyone selling their home.
