Kim and Jess Taylor are Ray White Hamilton’s very own Mother & Daughter sales team! Kim has been in the Real Estate industry for 23 years, while Jess has now been in the industry for 5 years, gaining her license in 2014 shortly after becoming as Kim’s personal assistant. They enjoy working together and their Vendors love the fact that they have two friendly agents working for them, both with different sets of valuable skills (and for the price of one!) Kim has won many awards throughout her career, which began in Manawatu. With a substantial rental portfolio herself, she has a strong understanding of what it takes when buying properties to build wealth, and particularly enjoys working with people looking to build their investment portfolios. Kim has a number of clients who purchased their first investment property with her, and now have substantial rental portfolios as a result of her successful and continuing advice. Jess began her career by achieving a substantial amount of sales in her first year in Real Estate, resulting in her becoming a top agent at Ray White Hamilton and soaring into the companies Top 10 for 2015, whilst also receiving the coveted ‘Rookie Of The Year’ award. She prides herself on her attention to detail and the rapport she has with her clients. Jess knows what it takes to achieve a successful marketing campaign, particularly though social media. Having a Real Estate Agent as a parent has been very influential in her desire to succeed in the industry, which drives her motivation even further!

Fantastic Agents

My husband and I were really happy with our experience with Kim and Jess. We dealt more with Kim but Jess was equally a pleasure to deal with. Since we are not born and brought up in New Zealand, a lot of the things in the home ownership space were new to us. Kim answered all our questions patiently and even counselled us when we were in a dilemma. She really went out of her way to help us and we truly appreciate that.
