My husband and I were really happy with our experience with Kim and Jess. We dealt more with Kim but Jess was equally a pleasure to deal with. Since we are not born and brought up in New Zealand, a lot of the things in the home ownership space were new to us. Kim answered all our questions patiently and even counselled us when we were in a dilemma. She really went out of her way to help us and we truly appreciate that.

Kim and Jess were an amazing team to work with when selling my mothers house. Due to a narrow driveway, the sale included the neighboring property and was therefore quite complex. Kim and Jess Taylor are a great team, each bringing their skills and personality to their profession.They work together very well and yet are not afraid to voice their opinion if one differs from the other. At all times we felt they were working to gain the best and realistic price for us. Steve and I are 'novices' when it comes to selling a house and Kim and Jess guided us through the process, explaining (sometimes more than once...) the steps and giving advice yet leaving us feeling and knowing we were in total control of the process. For example in the deadline treaty sale process they explained scenarios and made sure we knew we had the final decision.
