Jess joined Bayleys Cambridge as a residential and lifestyle sales consultant following an extensive career in the interior design and retail industry. With over 20 years’ experience in sales, and having owned and operated businesses in the retail and building industry, she has gained a wealth of knowledge that translates well into her chosen career of real estate. Jess has a very genuine, down to earth and personalised approach that allows her to relate well and work with all clients and buyers alike. She considers both communication and customer service as her top priorities and loves being able to build trust in the relationships she is able to build, with the people and families she meets and works with. She’s a born and bred Waikato girl and has a sound knowledge of the Cambridge, Te Awamutu and Hamilton regions having built a great network of people across all areas. Jess is very professional but also very approachable.

Jess and Karen made the whole experience very easy. In fact, there was a lot less we had to do than expected. They were always available for any questions we had. I believe we had good turnouts for the open homes and Jess provided feedback on time. The day of auction did not go well, but Jess and Karen made us feel at ease. Eventually our home was sold. Great experience with Jess

I was originally trying to sell my house privately and wasn’t having much luck in the current market and Jess approached me about going via her as my agent. I was a bit reluctant to as my house had devalued since I bought it 4yrs ago and I couldn’t justify the agent fees but I’m glad I did. Jess was motivated, professional, approachable, understanding, and very easy to work with. She worked hard with open homes every weekend for 4-5 months and gave helpful updates each week. Jess has been very patient and professional despite challenges during the negotiation process and has kept me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend Jess for your sale.

Couldn’t be better.

Jess was a pleasure to work with. Answered my many questions promptly and professionally while still keeping a smile on her face. Nothing was ever a bother for her.
