Peter Tong is the preferable agent in Cambridge currently, due to years of accumulated knowledge on houses and customers. I put my price high, we negotiated, Peter negotiated the best price in this market. He surprised me, he got this price, let alone, this sale as it was a difficult one to negotiate. Great result We have used Lenie’s services in the past and found her helpful and responsive to our needs. She is highly organised and kept us informed in all aspects of the marketing.
