Christchurch based, Jeremy is a fulltime and experienced commercial and industrial agent having operated in the Christchurch market since 2011, arriving immediately after the Christchurch earthquakes when others were exiting. From a background in investment banking and senior management roles, he has transacted a large number of conventional industrial and commercial investment sales and leases and has been involved in more complex deals such as leasehold transactions, land development projects and sales, and storage complexes. However he doesn't over-complicate issues and just gets on with it. When choosing to work with Jeremy you are choosing an agent with a history of success based on honest transparent dealings with all parties. Getting the right advice is critical and Jeremy offers clients a unique blend of business experience, skills and knowledge. As well as facilitating transactions, he introduces a collaborative approach to maximizing value from property opportunities through domestic and international contacts. Jeremy meets most of his clients face to face, however he often negotiates deals without meeting them. This is largely possible through superior verbal and written communications underpinned by trust as a safe pair of hands.
