Jeremy assisted Benjamin Neale who had the listing for my house. He ran efficient open homes, very prompt and gave good feedback on potential buyers. He worked well in a team with Benjamin and was always enthusiastic and pleasant to deal with. I was expecting a higher price before I listed however based on the thorough sales program and good feedback on potential buyers the price was fair in a soft market mid 2026. It allowed me to purchase my next property, also for a fair price.

This then started the active marketing of our property and Ben and Jeremy communicated regularly with us, guiding us through every stage of the process. Again the proactive and committed nature came through, giving us reassurance that we were being working hard for, as both vendor and buyer, and supporting us every step of the way. Nothing was an obstacle or issue for Ben and Jeremy and their cheerful and warm disposition really helped keep us on a positive keel. Having had less than ideal experiences with another agent, the professionalism exhibited by Jeremy and Ben through their commitment, positivity and direct, regular and highly responsive communication was greatly appreciated and steadying for us. If you want an agent team that can help minimise the stress involved in selling, then Ben and Jeremy are it. We would happily choose to go with Ben and Jeremy again next time we are considering a move and cannot recommend them highly enough.
