Jays communication style is caring , knowledgeable, concise , thorough and friendly. One of Jays strongest attributes for us, was the explaining of any situation with examples eg the contract when signing up, the example given for each part of the contract made it clear to understand. Overall, a great human being! I’d say that outside of this experience with Jay , he would be to his closest , a bloody good Father, Son, brother and mate.
