The market was very tough, and while we didn’t achieve the price we had originally hoped for, Jay worked hard to maximise our return through skilled negotiation with all parties. Communication throughout was clear and structured, with regular updates that kept us informed at every stage. That consistency made the process much less stressful than it could have been. The one thing we would have preferred differently was not going to auction initially. In hindsight, we feel another approach may have suited our situation better. That said, Jay still delivered a solid result under challenging conditions, and we appreciated his professionalism and effort.
