When we first met Jay at an open home we instantly knew he would be great to deal with. He was warm, acknowledging and helpful. Althea was also there and we could see that they both worked well together. Once we signed up to sell our home both Jay and Althea communicated well with us, took us through the steps and what to expect and gave us the confidence that we would be looked after well. Throughout all of our interactions and the open homes Jay and Althea acted with professionalism but also kept it friendly and put us at ease. The end result was we sold our home at auction getting above the reserve price which we are very thankful for.
