Very professional got a very good result for the client

Janice has been extremely helpful right through this whole process. Very honest and up front with our purchasing this house

Janice was absolutely wonderful thru out the whole process. She went above and beyond the expected help and result

Well it was all straightforward really after a bit of back and forth and agreeing on a price. I haven't taken ownership of the property yet so she still has time to flick me a long black.

I found Janice very helpful to me very professional and knowledgeable

Janice is such a professional in her trade. She really looked after us and managed to get us a quick sale which is what we were after. We highly recommend Janice and her team, we had a great experience and can not thank her enough for all her efforts!

Janice has been our go to agent since we arrived to Kaikoura. Her experience and knowledge was much valued, and would not hesitate to recommend Janice and the team.

Thanks Janice. Your market expertise, diplomacy and patience achieved a good result for our sale. You were readily available to discuss and explain developments along the way and on behalf of myself and the family we thank you very much for your help.

Janice is very professional enthusiastic and likes a positive out come I would highly recommend Janice .

In these challenging times with Realestate sales, Janice managed to come thru for me. I went with Janice because she has a long standing knowledge of the kaikoura market.

As first time home buyers Janice was very informative and help us all the way through.
