Janice Dreaver was of the upmost highest standard to deal with over the purchase of our property, Janice went over and beyond for us and made everything run smoothly, on the purchase of our property we are very grateful and appreciate all that she did for us, we highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to sell or purchase a property through her. we would also like to thank her work partner who was there also for us.

I contacted Janice Directly to be the sole agent for the sale of Fyffe Ave. Janice was very professional throughout the sale process, Her calm advice and knowledge of the local market was very helpful and made the process stress-free. Harcourts sent out weekly reports on sale inquires and listing page views which helped keep us informed of the current market. I felt we were provided with excellent service at a fair price. I would definitely use Janice and the Harcourts team in the future. Thankyou.

Janice went above and beyond for us. Was always polite and helpful. I highly recommend her Real Estate services.

Good Janice was helpful and informative

Janice is excellent in all aspects of her work. Has gone over and above the usual requirements. Very greatly for all her help.

Janice made buying our home an absolute breeze. When things got slightly difficult her experience and knowledge guided us through without issue.

Janice responded promptly to my email request, She shared her insights and provided useful advice, providing among other things a realistiec appraisal of the current situation and didnt not create any unrealisitc expectations. From my perspective she went about the business of finding a buyer in a no-fuss manner, achieving a better result than I had expected.

Having delt with Janice previously, I have found her knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Whether buying or selling I certainly would recommend Janice without question.

We were on a tight deadline to sell a property to buy a house in Kaikoura. We took a chance by making an offer on the property, as we had a couple of people interested in buying our house, but we were still unsure that it would sell given the downturn in current property prices. Janice was very helpful. She arranged a viewing outside of the normal scheduled open homes, as we were from out of town. Janice provided quite a bit of history about the property, including earthquake remedial work that had been undertaken. The property was in our current price range, and does require a little bit of TLC. All things considered, we are happy with our purchase. Janice was very helpful, and I would be very happy to deal with her again. Thanks Harcourts Kaikoura

It was my first time selling my home and I am really lucky that I had Janice to guide me through this process. Janice was extremely prepared at every step, she is warm and friendly and was always available anytime I called. What I appreciated the most is even though she didn't have to, she went above and beyond doing things a certain way because it was best for me and my circumstances personally. This really showed me her level of professionalism and integrity and that I was a real person to her and not just business.

Our sale was rushed as it became a multi offer, but then changed as other buyer pulled out. We were slightly disappointed the vendor was informed of our multi offer before our 1 pm deadline was reached - as we subsequently changed it. Janice was very informative of the procedure we needed to carry out. She was prompt in replying to emails and maintained her professionalism

Thank you so much for your hard work in selling our home, we would defiantly ask you again to sell our next home.
