Janice was absolutely fantastic every single step of the way. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and went above and beyond many times throughout the process. I can’t speak highly enough of Janice and her manner and professionalism. We are very grateful to have had a seamless and stress free process thanks to Janice. Would absolutely recommend Janice to anyone looking for an Agent who genuinely cares about her clients and consistently goes the extra mile, and is the full package.

Not pushy at all let us form our own opinion of the property and has been very helpful during the purchase

She did a great job.

Janice was always available and very supportive. When times were difficult Janice would be there to help and was positive and honest

Janice was there for us every step of the way and more than happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. She helped us get a good price for our first home. Would recommend anyone looking for someone to help them get into their first home, to pop in and see Janice.

Quick responses, clear communication Janice the potential for purchaser to go from rental to owner. Initially over valved property, would have liked to realise a bit more out of property but outcome was satisfactory in the timeframe.

Janice was very thorough and kept us informed through the whole purchase process. She has a great knowledge of the Kaikoura market, was helpful and we enjoyed working with her.

Would highly recommend Janice.

My 82 year mum found herself having to sell unexpectedly when Dad broke his hip. Janice’s personal support of Mum to reassure her and guide her through the practical ( and emotional) aspects of selling the family home was exceptional and we can’t thank her enough
