We have worked with Janice Dreaver selling / buying a number of properties and we would not work with another RE agent. She is simply the best . Understands her clients needs and genuinely matches people to houses. She is intuitive and energised and loves what she does.
Thank you Janice and the harcourts team for your expertise in selling our house, you did an amazing job marketing our home and getting us the best possible outcome. We would definitely recommend Janice at harcourts to anyone thinking of selling. Thanks again
The experience was very positive, Janice has such a wide range of knowledge of the area and always more than happy to help where she could. We found the process quite relaxed and would have no issues recommending her to other potential buyers. Thank you for your knowledge and help.
Janice was just great to deal. The purchase of the property went very smoothly and it was a pleasure to deal with Janice
Janice went well above and beyond what anyone would expect of an agent she was extremely informative and knowledgeable and made the experience of selling our beloved house much easier that it would have been without her Janice showed a great deal of care and respect to us both, knowing that it was a very bittersweet sale
Janice was very informative, easy to deal with and kept us up to date along the way with progress and enquiries. Thanks Janice. Jack and Liv.
We chose Janet as she really believed in our property and was confident in her achieving her appraisal value. She did just that - we couldn’t have asked for a more professionals and seem less service.
Excellent understanding of the Kaikoura market and price sensitivities. Was in market for some time but did effect a good sale once pandemic restrictions eased & market became more buoyant & robust. Provided good guidance & asssited greatly on preparations for sale & minor maintenance as I was a seller stuck in Western Australia & unable to travel to NZ
Our experience with Janice was nothing but positive. Great communication and worked hard to get a price that exceeded our expectations, highly recommended Many thanks Janice
From our first phone call to owning the property, Janice's knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. She made the whole buying process so easy for us.
Janice achieved an excellent result for the sale of our property - beyond our expectations, and we value her honesty, commitment and extensive local knowledge.
