I was on a biking trip in Europe so Jane did a FaceTime viewing with me fitting in with our time differences and gave me the confidence to do the auction which was for me at midnight whilst in a pub with no WiFi. All emails and texts were answered promptly and information shared, she had time for me I didn’t feel one of many viewers although I’m aware I was.

Jane was a very good communicator for nearly a year during a difficult market In retrospect we probably started with too high a price so we finished up following the market down. Jane did regular open homes where possible as our apartment was still taking holiday rentals and was very good at keeping in touch with several possible buyers and also the building managers The tragic slip on the mountain took place while the apartment was on the market Jane negotiated with our final buyer and though the price was considerably below the asking price in the circumstances I was happy with the sale. Jane always remained upbeat in a difficult time and brought a satisfactory result

Jane has excellent market knowledge that really helped us during the process to work out the best approach. Her kindness, approachability and friendly attitude made it such a breeze. In a difficult market Jane made contact with everyone who may have had any interest in our property, for what ever reason. Jane obviously had many contacts who she reached out to and always told us their response in a timely manner. the property was on the market for about three weeks but that was enough for a successful result.
