James has an insatiable passion for property. He has amounted over 20 years of experience in real estate having held senior management positions across Australia, USA, the Middle East and New Zealand. James was previously Sales Manager and Managing Director for Colliers Otago. He holds multiple degrees including a Master of Science in Real Estate from Columbia University. James has personally developed his own projects and in 2020 won an NZIA Architecture and Master Builder awards for his Kelvin Heights home. He is now channelling the same passion into advising clients and providing them with a bespoke service offering tailored to their needs.
