We couldn't recommend James highly enough. From our very first conversation through to putting the SOLD sticker up, James was incredibly proactive, responsive and genuinely invested in getting us the best possible result. This was our first time selling a home, and James made what could have been a pretty stressful process feel manageable. What impressed us most was how hands-on he was. When an unexpected issue appeared on an old council record, James didn't just tell us to sort it out — he immediately got involved, contacted people from his network, came to the property himself and helped organised an investigation. That level of commitment really summed up our experience with him. His advice around preparing and marketing the house was also excellent. He knew what was worth spending money and effort on, what buyers would notice, and how to make our property stand out. The photography and marketing looked fantastic and generated a huge amount of interest from the moment we went live. Communication throughout the campaign was exceptional. James kept us updated after viewings and open homes, followed up buyers, attended building inspections and was always available when we had questions — often well outside normal working hours. Most importantly, he delivered. We had around 40 groups through in our first week, received a strong unconditional offer, brought the auction forward and had additional bidders interested. We were absolutely delighted with the final result. James works incredibly hard for his vendors, but he's also a genuinely lovely person to deal with. We always felt that he was on our side and cared about the outcome as much as we did. Thank you James for everything. James is incredibly good at his job. It ensures the bridge between sellers and buyers, and with clear guidelines, it identifies and informs them what is needed most quickly and accurately. I bought my first house that I loved because of a truly wonderful experience.
