I met James approximately 5 years ago. At the time he was canvassing for new business in our area, and I was impressed with his professional approach so contacted him when it came time to sell our property. My honest review of James is that he is customer focused and results driven. He has without a doubt provided the most professional service I have had in the Real Estate industry for the last 25 years. James and his team achieved a great result for us and I recommend him to anyone looking for an effective agent in real estate.

James communicates very well, he responds to messages & emails promptly. He seems to have a very good knowledge of the local market and is proactive for prospective buyers in finding properties that aren't yet on the market. We found his negotiations skills to be very good and he keeps a cool head. When we needed tradesmen to fix some issues with the house, he suggested and introduced some tradesmen to us who he had worked with before and this saved us having to ring around. We found James to be very professional and would recommend him to any prospective vendor and/or buyer.

James has a very good knowledge of the current property market in this area and a good reputation for being professional and thorough in all aspects of selling a property. He was particularly helpful in assisting with the LIM and the Code of Compliance Certification process. He was always available and willing to answer queries and supportive to both parties. He was also present on the property for all stages of the sale - prepping the house, photographing, building inspection and private viewing. We would happily recommend his services to any future property sellers or purchasers.

We had known James for some considerable time so it was without hesitation that we appointed him to sell our house. He has always been easy going, easy to talk to and never pushy. When we appointed him we explained that we were moving to a Lifestyle Village in Nelson and there was a deadline associated with same. However this did not seem resonate and it was only when we were closer to that deadline did he understood the situation.
