Most importantly, he delivered. We had around 40 groups through in our first week, received a strong unconditional offer, brought the auction forward and had additional bidders interested. We were absolutely delighted with the final result. James works incredibly hard for his vendors, but he's also a genuinely lovely person to deal with. He seems to have a very good knowledge of the local market and is proactive for prospective buyers in finding properties that aren't yet on the market. When we needed tradesmen to fix some issues with the house, he suggested and introduced some tradesmen to us who he had worked with before and this saved us having to ring around.
