From the moment we listed our home with Jak & Jen, we knew we were in capable hands. They are incredibly professional and Helpful with all the dealings you go through. Even though it can be very stressful at times, they made it very easy for us. We highly recommend Jak & Jen and especially Jen for her guiding support.
Jen was so helpful, and made buying our first home a really positive experience. She was supportive and friendly.
Jake and Jen did an awesome job. Lots of updates along the way and calming of the nerves! They know their market and the advice and guidance throughout the process was great with a result we are really happy with!
It has been a real pleasure having Jake and Jen market our home. This is the second house they have sold for us, and thanks to their hard work and resilience, we would not hesitate to use them again. They are transparent in their communications and always ready to offer help and thoughtful advice on the many aspects of the selling process where we needed support. At no point did we feel pressured to make decisions—instead, we were given clear, helpful guidance whenever we asked for it. Thank you, Jake and Jen
Jake & Jen were great to work with on our first sale. They took the time to explain the process thoroughly, ensuring we were informed and answered all our questions throughout. They both worked really well together as a team, and we're glad we chose them.

Jake and Jen came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. The valuation they provided on our property was realistic and in line with comparable sales in the area. They responded to any queries we had both proactively and professionally while being extremely approachable. They exceeded our expectations by negotiating a competitive sale prior to the property having being listed on the market.
Jen was great to deal with, was very helpful all the way through the process, as this was our first time buying a house in New Zealand, we had lots of questions which Jen helped with them all.
Jake and Jen could not have been more helpful. They went out of their way to assist with every detail - including the completion of some tricky forms. Their professionalism was top notch, and we couldn't have been happier with their support and assistance at every stage of the sale. We would heartily recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property for the best possible price. Well done guys!
Jen and Jake went out of their way to make the sale of our home an easy experience for us. Great communication, great feedback and a great result. Thank you Jen and Jake, we’ve loved working with you.
We bought from Jake & Jen back in 2019 and from then we knew if we were to ever going to sell in the future we would not consider using anyone else. They were easy to deal with, communication is next level, their knowledge of not only the area we live in but of the different quirks and scenarios of buying and selling are second to none. I would not hesitate in recommending them to people selling or buying, you will not be disappointed!
