Jake Boswell

When we first met with Jake, we were very grumpy. Hubby and I had just left another house viewing and were just 'over it'. Immediately, Jake was quick to put us at ease and he was genuine in his approach to us. His knowledge of the surrounding neighbours and the street was evident that he had done his homework. Every communication whether face to face, over the phone, through texts and email has been professional, clear and thorough. There has never been a moment that we have felt unsafe or suspicious of any of Jakes motives. He has been clear from the start what his role was, to look at the best offer for his vendor. I am also very pleased with how he has also taken care of me and my family's needs from the initial viewing, to the signing and basically everything to do with securing the home. We were very fortunate to come across Jake. Through his professionalism, his humour and his flare, we were able to purchase not just a house but a home. I am sure that things could have gone differently if we hadn't met Jake that day.

Jake was an amazing agent to work with, great communication and always going that extra mile. As we were selling our first home we were nervous that it would be a difficult process however Jake made it so incredibly easy and stress free. Always approachable and happy to answer all questions we had. Definately 100% will recommend to friends and family in the future.
