His hard work and knowledge of Upper Hutt market ensured my house was sold in just 4 weeks. He kept me regularly updated and had to sell the house around major roadworks which involved lots of discussion with contractors and the UHCC. After meeting Jayden at our soon-to-be new home, we got him around to evaluate our home. we had a couple others do the same but Jayden along with his work partner (Christelle) came through and even though they had the same figure as the others his constant smile, generally happy appearance and attitude made the wife and I want to work with them. From the first meeting to the approved unconditional sale, he was great to work with his knowledge in real-estate was limitless and his communication through the whole sale was on point. We are absolutely thankful to him for the work he had put in not only to sell our home but to getting us the keys to the new home.
