My experience with Jacob started over a year ago. I was a first home buyer walking into one of the first few homes I looked at. After having met a few agents already, I knew once I met Jacob that he was the only agent I wanted to deal with. His transparency, honesty, realism and super awesome attitude had me telling friends and family about him pretty quickly. He really was there to help… after some work on my end getting into a better buying position. I called him with some good news, he sent me a listing that I thought was far out of my league. But with a A LOT of help from Jacob here, and again… no promises, I can now write this testimonial saying that I have now spent 5 weeks in my first home.
