We sent an email to Jackie asking about viewing the property that we ended up buying, just because it was in an area of interest. We didn't really like the photos of the house so on the open day we didn't go for a view of this property. However, Jackie called us and asked why we didn't go to the open home and we explained that we didn't like the photos and at that time we had a viewing of a property that was really charming without anything to do but in a less desirable area. Jackie insisted for us to go and see the property and shortly after the phone call we were in the property and actually we liked it better than in the photos and despite not being perfect, Jackie helped us to see the potential of the property. Jackie was always available and gave us great advice!

Buying a property in a new town is a bit daunting, especially as we were moving from the North Island to South Island. We found that Jackie was so helpful with the whole process, giving us the opportunity to make sure we made the right choice for our future. She was there to guide us thru the whole process, from viewing and revisiting, to submitting our offer and liaising with the vendors. She also went out of her way go help out with the final walk thru, collecting me from the airport and dropping me back, which was really helpful. Jackie and her team did a good job overall. They got the sale done eventually. A lot of raised hopes ending in disappointment. We persisted when we could had accepted a lower offer despite there being still a lot of interest. But in the end Jackie and Bex got the sale done after their hard work reward.Not an easy task in that we enjoyed our property but wanted a property more lock up and leave. Plus we had a change in plan about buying more rentals and settled on a quality home instead.
