Being located in the North Island it was important that I could trust and depend on the agent. Jackie proved to be the right person for purchasing the property. Jackie possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent real estate agent. She knows her market extremely well; she is diligent, responsive, and yet was very understanding with my mother. For transparency, I had never met Jackie or her team before selling with them. We were looking for an agent who was knowledgeable, experienced and unflappable in an uncertain market. We also wanted an agent who was hungry and enthusiastic who would go the extra distance, and all this coupled with a great support network. With Jackie, Bex and Cat this is what we got, in spades. Highly recommend Jackie, Bex and Cat for anyone looking to buy/sell in the Marlborough region. Neither my husband or I are from Blenheim, and beginning the search for our first home purchase was a bit daunting. After finding a home that we loved, we got in touch with Jackie and from there she was available and interested in what we needed and we felt she genuinely had our best interest in mind. She kindly navigated a tour of the property (on short notice) and communicated with us openly and honestly about important details of the sale. Her direct and no-nonsense approach was refreshing and helped us understand what was/wasn't possible in regards to the property. After viewing the property, we promptly put an offer in, the venders accepted and we signed paperwork! The process was efficient, straightforward and painless. As buyers it's often hard to find an agent who really has your best interests at heart, but we have been supported, encouraged and well looked after throughout.
