Jackie's style was great. I don't wish to have a property 'hard sold' to me, I find that extremely off putting. Jackie was there to answer questions and was helpful in facilitating tradespeople for due diligence. She gave us the space we needed to absorb a property and feel whether it was a possibility for us. Going to multi offer as we did is not ideal for a buyer but Jackie kept us well informed while still holding professional standards to the process. We were the fortunate successful bidders and we are delighted with our property. We were held to a tight timeframe with settlement and going unconditional and Jackie supported us through that. All in all the Bayleys experience was a good one and there is no impediment to being repeat customers in the future. Except I'm never moving out of this wee gem.
